Happy Boxing Day!!!

Tee hee, Happy Boxing Day, luvs! Hope your holiday yesterday was a good one.

I had a nice, laidback day. I went over to my sister's, opened presents, and had dinner. We (including her hubby and MIL) spent the afternoon watching old favorite TV episodes from her DVR, many of which we could quote chapter-and- verse, but were still funny! :)

I got some very nice prsents: clothes, chocolates, books, DVDs and some practical stuff like toothpaste in my stocking, needed because of all the candy. :) I gave all edible gifts, which my recipients loved, so go, me!

I got home and watched a little TV while doing a little writing and hit the sack early. Today is a day of no chores and doing nothing but playing on my laptop and maybe some writing. Oh. yeah, and reading. Reading is the lifeblood of the imagination! :)

Frenemies--Chapter Thirteen: The Reckoning (December 7, 2022)

I found the series finale satisfying, but am disappointed that this series was cancelled. I know the CW is dumping all their superhero shows (reminiscent of CBS canceling all their 'rural' shows in the early '70s, even if they had high ratings), but it's still a shame. They had several more seasons' worth of stories to tell. At least they got a better send-off than Legends Of Tomorrow.
