I *can* say that I do plan to continue this series. There's so much to explore.
I'm glad you're enjoying the pre-Modern Era characterizations within the modern setting. I love these characters and was brokenhearted when DC swept away so much that was good twenty years ago. I understand updating the DCU, but I've often felt it was uber-dark and nasty, forgetting the positives of an earlier time.
Despite all their trials and tribulations in this series, love will always be there.
