As for size, check the previous banners. They are on the Completed Challenges' Master List pages. I'm not looking for enormous banners, just regular size.
How would you like to do them time-wise? This is a year-long Challenge, so would you be okay with doing them once a month for new participants? I've got one entry and plan to add more, but once you made my banner the first time that would be it for me. Each participant would get one banner even if they contributed multiple times.
