Sounds like a fun con. One of these days I hope to make it there (I'm an hour's drive away, for god's sake.) I do wish they'd do away with the room lottery, though.

Shore Leave in Baltimore has gotten smaller the last few years but since it's really a scifi con and only a K/S con on the side, I'm hoping it's more the economy than an aging fandom.
