2012 DCU Fic/Art Dick Grayson Challenge

It’s the return of our favorite acrobat! ;)
How about celebrating Dick Grayson, the boy who grew up in front of our eyes into the most gorgeous man in the DCU? Along the way he’s not only been the Batman’s partner but has connected with nearly every hero in the spandex set, leading the Teen Titans and the Outsiders and becoming a member of the JLA. He’s the heir to the Wayne fortune, the one the paparazzi all love to follow, and life just wouldn’t be the same without him. And he’s the little black dress of the DCU: he goes well with anyone! ;)
We need more Dick in our lives, amirite? ;)

Indulge your love of Dick Grayson! Fanworks (fanfic, fanart, icons, manips, wallpapers, story covers, illustrations, vids, and fanmixes) must focus on Dick. Celebrate his life from his Haly’s Circus days with his parents to his early days at the Manor and as Robin. See him take up the mantle of leadership for the Teen Titans. Watch him become his own man as Nightwing, and finally take up the mantle of the Bat.
How did Dick change forever the lives of Bruce and Alfred? What was his first meeting with Clark like as he fanboys Superman? ;) What was it like to encounter the Joker for the first time?
The Usual Suspects:
Genres: Humor, fluff, drama, adventure, hurt/comfort, AUs, slavefics/arts (You know how our boy loves bondage! ;) ), etc. Your creative works can be adorable fluff or deal with the tragedy that brought Dick into Bruce and Alfred’s lives, for example. Both light and dark acceptable! Let’s celebrate a very special little boy and man!
Pairings/Threesomes/Moresomes: Dick has enjoyed a plethora of canon/fanon pairings and threesomes. There’s Bruce, Clark, Bruce/Clark, Barbara, Kory, Kara, Roy, Tim, Jason, and more! He’s been known to hook up with Marvel heroes (Cross-overs with other fandoms welcome as long as the DCU gets equal 'screen time'). All versions welcome: gen, het, and slash.
Continuity: Comicsverse, movieverse, ‘toonverse, TVverse. If you want to bring Dick into Smallville, go ahead! Bruce is often over there, anyway. ;)
Ratings: All ratings, from G all the way to NC-17.
Posting dates: March 1-May 31, 2012* (If you don’t make the deadline, don’t worry. We want to read your fic or look at your awesome art even it’s past May 31st!) :)

Note the 1st: This started out to simply be a quick little drabbly thing about Dick finding an old stuffed bear in the attic. Clearly it morphed into a bit more.
