Oh, this is simply lovely. I love Clark's reminiscing about how the town and people remind him of Smallville, even when things are so different in other ways. He's searching for his own answers, for who he is, but Smallville is always a part of who he is, too.

And then the parallel with Bruce also on his quest for answers ad the foreshadowing and potential for a future in the last paragraph. *sigh* Lovely!
