Stanley Cup Finals Games 3, 4 & 5 (The Cup Is In The Building!)
Stanley Cup Finals Games 3,4, & 5 (The Cup Is In The Building!)
Stanley Cup Finals Game 3: Boston Bruins 2, Chicago Blackhawks 1 (2-1) (Monday, June 17, 2013)
Stanley Cup Finals Game 4: Chicago Blackhawks 6, Boston Bruins 5 (OT) (2-2) (Wednesday, June 19, 2013)
Stanley Cup Finals Game 5: Chicago Blackhawks 3, Boston Bruins 1 (Saturday, June 22, 2013) (2-3)
A quick recap of the last three games: in Game 3, the Bruins were dominant and came out with a win in Boston. In Game 4, both teams exploded with scoring and the Bruins lost a heartbreak in overtime. In Game 5, it was evenly matched but in the end, the Blackhawks took the win. Now the Stanley Cup will be in the building (the Boston Garden) but only for Chicago, because if the Blackhawks win, it’s all over. Needless to say, I’m hoping that the Cup is taken to Chicago. ;) Leave it to the Canadians: the guys who travel with the Cup and escort it into the building wear white gloves! ;) It’s the most beautiful trophy in all of sports! :)
The Greatest Hockey Player Of All Time, No. 4, Bobby Orr, will be in the house tonight as well! :)
Game 6: NBC at 8:00 P.M. tonight!
My sister and I reminded each other that today would have been Dad's birthday. Mom's would have been on July 29th. They were both New England sports fans and loved seeing the Patriots successful at the start of this incredible run for our sports teams. I wish they could have seen the Red Sox finally win and the Celtics win again after a long drought. We miss them every day. <:( It's also Jean de Baptiste Day in Montreal! :)

Gordie Howe is going to be there?
Couldn't help myself, I like Orr too but I'm Wings fan. Speaking of which, the Hawks can't win the cup... again. Go Bruins!

Sadly, the Bruins couldn't get the job done. >:(
