Toolbar (?) Question

Maybe this is the Navigational Strip I'm asking about, but how do you change the words? Words that read Recent Entries, Archive, Friends, User Info, and Memories. I've seen other people's journals with different words to use. I thought it was the Navigational Strip but when I checked that out, there wasn't anything there that I could figure out allowed you to change it.

Also, how does one change 'Leave A Comment' to something else if you want?

I realize these are probably easy things to do but 'Help' didn't exactly help. :) So apologies to anyone reading this clueless entry! :)
