Can't Insert GIFs

Hi, guys! All of a sudden my Android phone is giving me this message when I try to insert a gif in my text messages: "Messages don't support image insertion here." This happened yesterday after working fine earlier in the day. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? *sigh* If you do, go slow and step-by-step. ☺️ Thanks!

P.S.: I have been Googling but my slow Internet connection is making it difficult to download pages, so I thought I'd try here. ☺️
