I tried to make it a little different from my usual take on the boys, so I'm glad I succeeded. :)

I have to say, the one detail that really struck me was the red, yellow, and blue quilt made by Martha. :p I know it seems inconsequential, but it just felt so *right* being there. ^_^

Nope, not inconsequential at all! Clark is very tied to his parents, and now that his father's gone, even closer to his remaining parent, Martha. Something like that quilt would be special for him. :)

And you know, with the addition of a photo of Clark with Jason to the bedroom, this could *easily* take place in the Greatest Gift verse. ^_^ *giggles madly*

Hmm, you know, I can explain the absence of a Jason photo as too painful for Clark right now, but maybe Bruce will give him a photograph as a gift, or events in the future will allow Clark to feel not quite so sad at placing a photo there. Could be a future bunny! ;)
