Oh, I am so happy about how much this story has progressed recently. So, Halloween week in Gotham should be interesting, don't you think?
The idea of Steve buying Diana never even entered my mind; I didn't think the Amazons were for sale. What I'd like to know, though, is how Diana is avoiding being drugged. Because I'm getting a strong feeling that that's the case.
I was as happy as anyone else to see the Carlin schmuck get his, but I couldn't help noticing that, technically, Steve went on to violate the same rule. And there's that fine moral line that Bruce and Clark wrestle with, too: Is it ever possible to have consensual sex with a slave?
Poor Steve, he's got a lot to think about now. Diana, Hal, the whole question of slavery and his working for the government (and who else could he work for, given his vocation is clearly to be a pilot?). Bet he never thought his life would get this complicated!
