Week 2: New York Jets 28, New England Patriots 14 (1-1) (Sunday, September 19, 2010)
Hmpf, not much to say about this one. The first half was good, with the Patriots and Tom being very sharp. Wes Welker had a TD and Randy Moss made a spectacular one-handed catch for another, but the second half went downhill quickly. The Patriots had chances to put up points and blew it big-time with 2 interceptions and a fumble by Tom. Tsk, tsk!
While disappointed, I know what's it like in the NFL. One week you're Super Bowl-bound, the next you're a bum. So we'll see how it goes. Next week the biggest danger is taking the lowly Buffalo Bills too lightly!
