Holy Crazy Caped Obsessions, Batman!
Nov. 24th, 2006 10:09 pmWell, I've been in fandom a long time and I've enjoyed many, many shows and movies. I've loved Star Trek, Star Wars, Due South, the Wild Wild West, and dozens of others. I loved the pairings on these shows and movies: Kirk/Spock, Han/Luke, Qui/Obi, Benny/Ray V., Jim/Artie, etc. Fandom has always been fun for me.
Now I've rekindled my love for comics. As a child I read voraciously and loved the adventures of Superman, Batman, Robin, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Captain America, and a bunch of others. When DC changed their universe in 1985, I disliked the dark, grim vision they adopted and so stopped reading. I have kept up with certain events and now I'm back in the fandom on-line, with slash spicing things up. :) I'm particularly taken with the World's Finest trio (Superman/Batman, Batman/Robin, Superman/Robin) but like other pairings as well, and I wouldn't be surprised if a World's Finest threesome is within my Muse. It's a lot of fun discovering the comics slash community and reading some really good fic.
