Week 5: New England Patriots 38, Indianapolis Colts 24 (3-2) (Thursday, October 4, 2018)
Much better! The offense was really clicking with Jules back. Gronk and James White were really hot, too. Tom threw his 500th career TD to Josh Gordon, who was the 71st guy he's thrown to in his career. The glitches came with a couple of turnovers, but they were kind of fluky.
The defense made some plays but they're definitely trick-or-treat. The Colts were injury-riddled and yet the D couldn't stop certain drives. *smh*
It's a shaky proposition, but if Tom and his guys stay sharp, they might make it to the Super Bowl. That first drive was a thing of beauty with the first throw and completion to Jules. :)
Since this was a Thursday game, no info on the other divisional teams yet.
Next week, the high-flying Kansas City Chiefs!
EDIT:
AFC EAST DIVISION
NE 3-2
Miami 3-2
BUFF 2-4
NYJ 2-3
