There's just something about Batman sticking his tongue out at Superman during sex (or foreplay) that strikes me as cute and funny and hot all at once.
You've got it all covered, Ladybug! :) A childish little gesture but not without its double entendre, and Bruce feeling so comfortable with Clark that he can do such a thing...*sighs happily*
