Oh, bradygirl! I'm glad you will never darken their doors again, but you keep right on pushing till you make certain something is done. They probably do it to see if they can get away with it.

I will keep pushing. Like hell I'm paying over 300 bucks for this hotel when I didn't even step foot in it!
