That definitely fits the spirit of the times, I know, but yes--it's heartbreaking to think of Clark trying to resign himself to that. And the touch of "Jimmy's" name bringing him pain--I hadn't thought of that, how sad!
Yes, it's heartbreakingly sad sometimes to realize what gay people had to go through generations ago. An awful lot of loneliness there.
Poor Clark. Just another way to feel different! :(
At least I know I have a last chapter to read right away, muahahaha!
