Still one of my favorite fics due to the outside viewpoints on the Bruce/Dick relationship. Bruce is so devoted to his Little bird here, so intwined with the fate of his young lover, its heartwrenching to watch him battle to stay sane and strong, knowing that what he really needs is Dick strong and healthy beside him.

Bingo! :)

I've always felt that Bruce gets more than a little desperate when Dick is hurt, and that's canon from the comics! I don't know about current canon, but I do know that pre-COIE, our dear Bat would go more than a little nuts if Dick was truly hurt or threatened.

Still curious as to what ther other books of this trilogy might bring!

Believe it or not, Muses may finally be stirring in that direction! :)
