If you want to offer them early, I'll emphasize to any new participants to make sure to reply to your banner comment so that you won't miss them. Besides, I always put out a notice of a new entry and add them to the Master List. Of course you'd only make one banner for someone even if they had multiple entries. Let me know when you would like to offer them!
