Didn't Pop promise the annual shots to control Dick's condition? Shouldn't this have hidden the Roma Ancestry from Harold Allston?

I wonder why Allston ran the tests that detected this problem. I mean it doesn't really affect anyone's health and the Roma are supposedly extinct.

I hope Lex gets the Hunt Decree off the books soon.
