Date: 2013-08-20 04:41 pm (UTC)I remember that day as the first time I saw my mother cry. :( She heard the news over the kitchen radio and she turned on the TV and all weekend, it stayed on. Dad heard it when he was driving and pulled over to listen for awhile. My sister was a baby so doesn't remember anything.
