Thank you for letting me rant :) And perhaps Roy will find his way to Gotham in offscreenville. Or perhaps we'll get some guest appearances and because of that, they'll actually tell some good Roy stories instead of having him just there, because the character has taken a backseat far too often over the past few seasons.

Ultimatums are never a healthy thing in a relationship. A healthy relationship would involve both people talking about the issue in an appropriate time and place and each person explaining why it's important to them (ie, Eddie explaining why it's important to not talk about things, and Iris explaining why she feels so strongly that he HAS to talk to her about everything) and through that, both people try to understand the other person and where they're coming from and both people try to find a compromise.

It's also unfortunate that the only reason she knows to be angry is because it's tearing Eddie up that he can't talk to her, whereas Barry and Joe seem to have no such issue with lying to her about something so big.
